Just fill in the booking request with your personal details and send it back to us.

A valid ID document (valid for at least 3 years) and a certificate of enrollment are also required to conclude a rental agreement.

Are there any additional costs?

All costs are included in the rent. You must only pay telephone calls. Telephone calls which are made within the complex building are free of charge, of course.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit costs between 400 € and 600 €, according to the size of the apartments.

Do I have to pay an admission fee?

No! An enrollment is free of charge.

How do I pay the rent?

You give us a direct debit authorization. This way you never forget a transfer.

Are there extra charges for the usage of the furniture?

No! The usage is already included in the rent.

Where can I wash?

Every house has washrooms which you are free to use for a small fee.

Is there a place I can store my bike?

Yes! We offer lockable bicycle parking spaces.

When can I reach the house management?

Office Opening times:

Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 12:00 o´clock and 13:00 - 16:00 o´clock

Friday: 08:00 - 13:00 o´clock

In our three halls of residence, which are placed in the Makarenkostraße 48, 51 and 51, we offer quality budget accommodation and an ideal working environment. Not only students, but also university employees, trainees or interns are welcome!
